NOTICE: The April support meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 21, at 7:00.

God has provided two exciting speakers for us. Our guests will be Kari Booth, founder, and Kathy Barton, board member, of Triple Cross Ranch, a new non-profit outreach providing animal and equine assisted experiential learning in Troutman, NC. Come and learn more about Triple Cross, and hear Kari's testimony about how the ranch came to be. After their presentation, we'll have a chance to fellowship and discuss "home-school stuff"....curriculum choices, etc. THIS MEETING WILL BE HELD AT PENINSULA BAPTIST CHURCH, NOT THE COFFEE HOUSE WE ORIGINALLY ANNOUNCED! Support group meeting topics vary from month to month. Past meetings have featured speakers from NCHE, testing professionals, and experienced homeschoolers offering advice on various subjects. This monthly meeting is a time for homeschool parents to meet one another, fellowship, and learn from each other. The meetings are geared towards adults, and no child workshops or topics are provided. Park around back and use the back entrance to the church.

Everyone is invited to attend our Support Group meetings. If you're thinking of becoming a member or you'd just like to visit our group to see who we are first, these monthly meetings are a terrific opportunity. Come join us!

 

LIFE Library News!

Please come and visit our LIFE Library! Our library has been expanded this year and is growing all the time. A list of available titles is found on the link to the left of this screen. You can peruse the library each Monday during co-op hours and during each Support Group meeting.
